I am Julie Wilcoxson, a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. I am not a physician, a dietitian working under a physician, a nurse, or a therapist, and nothing on this website or in any of my programs is a diagnosis, a treatment, or medical advice.

I teach you to read the signals your body is sending and to understand your own lab results so you can have a better conversation with your doctor. That is education, and it works alongside your medical care rather than replacing it.

Keep your doctor in the loop. Do not stop, start, or change a prescribed medication because of anything you read or hear here.

That includes GLP-1 medications, thyroid medication, and anything for blood pressure or blood sugar.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a diagnosed condition, talk to your physician before changing how you eat or train.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911. Nothing here is monitored for emergencies.

What I can promise you, and what nobody can

I will tell you my own story because it is the reason the method exists. My results are mine, and every other story on this site belongs to the woman who lived it.

Bodies, histories and circumstances differ, and nobody can promise you a number on a scale or a change in a lab value. What I commit to is teaching you the method properly and answering you honestly.

Eight weeks, a small group, and the recordings stay yours

The Primal Signal Method. An eight week group course with live teaching, run in cohorts. Recordings of each class stay available to you afterwards. $500, paid in full.
Lioness Tribe. A monthly membership giving access to strength and mobility programming through the Trainerize app. $40 a month, billed until you cancel.
Rooted in Wellness. Twelve weeks of private coaching, $2,000, with payment options available. Any optional lab costs are discussed with you before testing is ordered.
Speaking and corporate wellness. Booked by agreement, with the scope and fee set out before the date is held.

Live class dates can move. If a class is rescheduled you get told and you get the recording.

Your card details never touch this website

Payments are handled by Stripe and ThriveCart. Your card details go to them and never to me or to this website.

Lioness Tribe carries on month to month until you cancel, and you cancel it yourself in the app.

Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no contract to get out of.

Refunds. What you are buying is teaching and information, with nothing physical to send back, so I do not usually give refunds. Any request is looked at case by case. I screen carefully before I take anyone on, so in practice it rarely comes up. I do not promise to heal anyone. The work can bring real improvement, and it depends on you actually doing it. I would still far rather hear early that something is not working for you than have you sit quietly in a program you are not getting anything from. You are welcome to use all of it for your own health, for as long as you like. What you cannot do is share your login, pass the recordings around, or teach my method as a program of your own.

If you are a practitioner who wants to use this with clients, that is a real conversation and I am open to it. Ask.

The group works because women say true things in it

The community works because women say true things in it. So what is shared in the group stays in the group, and anyone who is cruel, who sells to the others, or who hands out medical advice will be removed.

I can remove someone without warning if that is what protecting the room takes.

If this website lets you down, you get back what you paid

This website is offered as it is. I keep it accurate and working and cannot guarantee it is never wrong or never down.

To the extent the law allows, Transformations 4 Life, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or its programs, and any liability is limited to what you paid.

Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be signed away.

Tennessee law, and what happens if this page changes

These terms are governed by the law of Tennessee. If part of this page turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

If the terms change, the date below changes with them, and a change that affects something you have already bought gets an email rather than a quiet edit.
