The Primal Signal Method™

Eight weeks to understand your body differently.

Work through the five signals one at a time, in an order designed to help each one build on the one before it. You’ll learn how light and darkness, nourishment, movement, stress, and recovery are influencing the way you feel, and how to recognize the patterns your body has been showing you all along. By the end, you’ll know what to look for, what questions to ask, and where to begin when something feels off.

What changes, and when

By week two, many women are already noticing a difference. By week eight, they understand why.

Each signal builds on the one before it, so you’re not trying to change everything at once. You begin with the foundations that influence the rest: light and darkness, nourishment, movement, stress, and recovery.

As the weeks go on, you start to notice patterns, what helps your energy, what affects your sleep, how food changes the way you feel, and why the exercise that once worked may no longer be the right signal for your body now. You stop following generic rules and start understanding what your body is responding to.

  1. Early morning light falling across a bedroom floor through half open curtains.
    01

    Light & Dark Environment

You begin noticing how morning light, evening darkness, and daily timing influence your energy and sleep. These are some of the simplest changes you can begin making right away.

  2. A plate of eggs, greens and berries on a worn wooden table, two hands resting beside it.
    02

    Food & Nourishment

You stop looking only at numbers and begin noticing how what you eat, when you eat, and your own biology affect the way you feel.

  3. Hands gripping a loaded barbell in a garage, legs braced, bright light through the doorway behind.
    03

    Movement & Strength

You learn why more cardio is not always the answer and how strength and natural movement help protect the muscle your metabolism needs.

  4. A woman sitting on the edge of a bed in late afternoon light, seen from behind with her hands folded.
    04

    Stress & Nervous System

You learn how ongoing stress can affect the other signals and practice ways to help your nervous system feel safer and become more resilient.

  5. An empty bed with rumpled linen in the blue hour before dawn, a book face down beside it.
    05

    Sleep & Recovery

You explore why eight hours in bed may not leave you feeling restored and how the other signals can support deeper recovery.

If weight has become harder to lose, it is rarely about one signal alone. Light, food, movement, stress, and recovery all influence how your body uses energy, maintains muscle, supports hormone balance, regulates appetite, and responds to change.

Here is what we cover, week by week.

The next cohort

Eight weeks from now, you’ll understand what your symptoms have been telling you.

The next cohort begins October 7. Each class is taught live and recorded. If you can’t attend a session, the recording will be waiting in your account, and it is yours to keep.

How long
Eight weeks, one signal at a time, with each week building on the one before it.
When
The next cohort begins October 7 and meets Wednesday evenings at 4:30 p.m. Central time. Live class times vary by cohort, with morning, afternoon, and evening options offered throughout the year.
What it costs
