Speaking & Corporate Wellness

Your team is not losing focus at 3 p.m. for no reason.

By 3 p.m., energy drops, focus slips, cravings hit, and productivity gets harder. There are biological reasons for that, and once your team understands what is driving it, they can begin making changes that support better energy, focus, and performance. In one Lunch & Learn, I help them see those patterns differently and give them practical ways to support better energy throughout the workday.

Two ways to bring me in

Give your team more than another wellness talk. Give them a way to understand what is draining their energy.

Choose a one-hour Lunch & Learn or a deeper eight-week series, depending on how much support you want to provide your team.

One hour

The Lunch & Learn

A practical introduction to why energy crashes, brain fog, cravings, and poor focus happen and what employees can begin changing right away.

Best for: 10 to 30 people, first-time wellness events, team lunches

Eight weeks

The Primal Signal Series

A deeper eight-week series designed to help employees have more energy, think more clearly, recover better, and show up stronger at work and at home.

Best for: companies investing in a long-term employee wellness and performance program

Pick the one your room needs

Pick the conversation your team needs most.

Each topic can be delivered as a Lunch & Learn or as part of the eight week series, and I tailor it to the people in the room.

  • Closing the Modern Life Gap

Why modern workdays can leave people tired, wired, unfocused, and running on caffeine, and what helps restore better energy and balance.

  • The Hidden Conversation Behind Modern Health

How sleep, stress, blood sugar, movement, and daily habits shape energy, mood, focus, and long-term health.

  • The Primal Signal Method

Five biological signals that help explain why people feel the way they do, and practical ways to support better energy, focus, and recovery.

  • Building Metabolic Resilience

The everyday habits that help protect muscle, support stable energy, improve recovery, and build a body that holds up over time.

What people walk out with

Your team leaves knowing what to do differently tomorrow.

  • Why the 3 p.m. crash often starts much earlier in the day
  • How the first hour after waking can shape energy and focus
  • Why “eat less, move more” stops working for so many adults
  • Why sleep quality matters more than simply counting hours

Why it lands

I lived the problem before I ever taught the solution.

I was a personal trainer doing everything I had been taught to do, eating clean, training hard, counting calories, and I still gained 50 pounds. When I finally started looking beyond calories and exercise, the whole picture changed. That experience is why I teach this differently now.

People listen because I am not speaking from theory. I have lived the frustration of doing everything “right” and still wondering what I was missing.
