Murfreesboro, Tennessee

There is somebody in this county who will read your labs with you.

I’m Julie Wilcoxson, a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner here in Murfreesboro. I work with women across Rutherford County who were told their results look normal and know something is wrong anyway.

Who I work with, and where they are

You should not have to drive to Nashville to be taken seriously.

The people I work with live in Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Rockvale, Christiana and Eagleville. The coaching and the course both run online, so wherever you are in the county, you can join from home.

I work with men and women, but specialize in women 35+ who want to understand changes in their weight, energy, and health. Many come to me after trying diets, workout programs, or other approaches and still having questions.

Locally, most of what you will find starts with a prescription.

The five signals, in order

If you have gone looking around here for help with perimenopause, you have probably found hormones. Those clinics are real and for some women that is exactly the right answer.

What I do is the step that comes before it. What your light, your food, your movement, your stress and your sleep are already doing to the numbers on that panel, and how much of what you are feeling moves when those five do.

If you still want the prescription afterwards, you will walk into that appointment able to say what you are asking for and why.

Why I teach this

I gained fifty pounds doing everything I had been taught to do.

I had been a personal trainer for close to 20 years when my own health started going the wrong way, and everything I teach now came out of what I found when I went looking underneath the advice.

Questions I get asked here

What people ask before they book anything.

Straight answers, including the ones about what I am not. If something belongs with your physician I will say so out loud, every time.

Do I have to live in Murfreesboro to work with you?
No. The eight week course is taught live on a Wednesday evening and women take it from anywhere. The town matters because I am here, in your county, and when a room here wants me to speak, I come to you.
Are you a doctor, and can you read my bloodwork?
I am not a physician, I do not diagnose, and I do not prescribe. I am a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, certified in Master Blood Labs with Emily Morrow, and I teach women to read their own panels. Anything that belongs with your doctor, I will say so.
What does it cost to start?
The assessment is free, about ten minutes. The eight week course is $500, paid in full. Lioness Tribe is $40 a month. Rooted in Wellness, my private coaching, is $2,000 for twelve weeks, by application.
Do you see nutrition clients in person in Murfreesboro?
My coaching and my course run online, every time, as a privacy decision. Your file holds your health history and my notes from every conversation, and one secure place is safer for you. Speaking happens in a room, and for that I come to you.

Whatever brought you here has a page of its own.

What you are feeling

The afternoon crash. Still exhausted after eight hours. Belly fat after forty. PCOS. Perimenopause. Labs that came back normal.

Six of the things women say to me most, each answered straight, and each ending where you can find out whether it is the one costing you the most.

If you run a team in this county, I will come to you.

Corporate wellness, and how to book one

Lunch and learns, corporate wellness sessions and talks for chambers, practices and women’s groups across Rutherford County. Speaking is the part of my work that happens in the room, and locally I would much rather be in it.

Find out which signal is costing you the most.

Twenty questions, about ten minutes, and it comes back with the one signal most likely holding the other four up, plus one thing to do about it this week. Free, and no card.
